CATALAN CUISINE: PANELLETS. eTwinning project: Europe-so many faces

Our pupils of Year 4 show us how to cook panellets, the traditional pastries made with ground raw almonds, sugar and some potato.
Watch the video, they were really tasty!


And they are excellent cooks!
