Pupils, parents and teachers met together to cook different dishes from European countries.
We've learnt a lot, everyone was busy preparing a dish.

Here are the recipes.
Cat Artur´s cake
Ingredients :

200 g butter
·
300 g toffee candies
Sonja Cream or others
·
65 g corn sticks (Magic
Sticks or others)
Directions:
1. For the dessert melt butter and toffee candis in a big saucepan. Mix until all is well combined.
2. Put
corn sticks in a large bowl and add mixed butter and toffee. Mix until all is
combined
3. Put
baking paper on the table and place on it mixed dessert.
4. Form a big sausage and leave it to
stand for two hours in the cold.
5. Open your cake,
cut into slices.
Enjoy your meal!
BULGARIA
Ingredients for 4
servings
5 pcs. (300 g) red
tomatoes
2 pc. (150 g)
cucumber
3 pcs. (150 g)
peppers
Chapter 1 (0.50 g)
red onion
1 cup (200 g)
crumbled cheese
1/2 bunch of parsley
3 tablespoons (30 mL)
vegetable oil
vinegar, salt
Method of
preparation:
Bake the peppers,
peel, cleaned of seeds and cut into circles. Add the diced tomatoes, cucumbers
and onions. The mixture is stirred gently, season to taste with vinegar and
salt and pour the oil. Pour into bowl, shaped like a pile and sprinkle with
finely chopped parsley and cheese. Salad decorated with black olives and a
sprig of parsley.
GREECE
Avgofetes
Ingredients
2 eggs
4-5 bread slices
Olive oil,sugar or honey
Mix the eggs in a bowl and cut
4-5 slices of bread.
Put some olive oil in a frying
pan and put it on the stove for few minutes to be warmad.
We have already plunged the bread
slices in the mixture eggs.
Now that the oil is warm enough
we put the slices in to the pan and we
turn them 2or 3 times until they will get a yellow-golden color.Now they are
ready to take them out of the pan
We serve them hot and we sprinkle
them with Sugar or honey
You can eat them as a breakfast
or in the afternoon.

UKRAINE
ROMANIA
PAPANASI
Ingredients:
500gr. Fresh cheese ( mató)
100gr. Sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking poder( bicarbonat)
Vanilla
200 gr. flour
Cream
Jam
Instructions:
1. Mix the fresh chees with the sugar and baking powder.
2. Then add the eggs and the vanilla and last the flour.
3. Stir well
4. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan ( very hot)
5. Shape the mixture as doughnuts or like meatballs.
6. Fry them in the saucepan.
7. Serve them with cream and jam on the top.
