ILLEGAL ANIMALS TRADE CONFERENCE, by Roots and Shoots, Spain

 

Wonderful, inspiring and fruitful moments with Marisa and Inés from Roots &Shoots.

Students and teachers from the 4 participant schools felt amazed to know how similar are chimps with humans, how much do many animals suffer form illegal trade and from the humans habitat destruction and pollution, and last but not least! how many children cannot go to school becasue they are forced to work in the mines to extract minerals to make mobiles for the developed countries!

The most positive message comes from Jane Goodall: The great power is  the children!

Interviewing Jane Goodall

 5th graders from Sant Josep school became Jane Goodall, photographers and Roots and Shoots assistants for a while.

They were interviewed by some Italian reporters from Chietti.

the experience was just amazing, we enjoyed a lot and most of all, we are learning a lot about Jane Goodall, her life and her love to save chimpanzees and the natural wild world!

5th graders registered in " ROOTS AND SHOOTS" Jane Goodall Institution

 5th Graders are participating in an eTwinning project called "4everwild" with other partner schools from italy and France.

It stands on endangered animals and Jane Goodall. 

We are so excited to learn and discover amazing things about her, the chimpanzees and other endangered animals in order to save them

.

Because as Jane Goodall says: " We make the difference"
