THE VEGETABLE GARDEN, song and project
Dear friends,
We are the pupils in Year 3 now. Here we present you our final project of all the work we did during last course in our vegetable garden.
We hope you enjoy watching it and we invite you to work in a vegetable garden too because it is natural, healthy and we learn a lot of things!

Time to plant garlic and peas!
Did you know that we must plant the garlic and broad beans and peas close to All Saints Day dates?
Yes, to have good vegetables in our vegetable garden we must take care of it and plant the seeds on the properly dates of the year.
So the winter vegetables to plant now are:garlic, peas, broad beans. We also planted onions and lettuce.
One month later... surprise! little leaves of plant peas and little garlis ares starting to grow.

Our vegetable garden in Spring. By: Year 2
Hi friends,
We are the pupils in year 2. Last week we went to work in our vegetable garden again.
It's Spring so the weather is warm now, the plants have lots of flowers.
We found cat's poos and we decided to put some sticks on the garden to scare the cats because they destroy the plants.
We also picked up the weeds and watered the plants.
Did you know that we could collect the first peas?
We are so happy. Have a look at the photo album.

It's November,Autumn, time to plant winter plants such as garlic, peas and broad beans. These are the seeds or grains we planted last 2nd November with the pupils of Year 2.
First we digged a hole, then we planted the seeds, then we pressed the soil and finally we watered the garden.
And now, let's see what happens...!
